FoundBase does not require user accounts and does not collect personal data through general browsing. We may collect the following in specific circumstances:

  • Contact form submissions: When you use the contact form at /contact, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored in a database or shared with third parties.
  • Sponsored listing enquiries: If you reach out regarding advertising, we collect your contact details for the purpose of managing the business relationship.

3. Cookies

FoundBase uses a minimal number of cookies necessary for the platform to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we do not set non-essential cookies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Third-Party Services

FoundBase uses the following third-party services which may process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
  • Supabase — database infrastructure
  • Brevo — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions
  • Umami — self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites. All analytics data is stored on our own infrastructure and is not shared with any third party.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data processing terms.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions processed via Brevo are used only to deliver your message to us and are not retained beyond what Brevo's standard transactional logs cover.
